We ordered the beef combo pho, fried tofu veggie pho, and chicken lo mein, and all three were excellent. We will definitely be returning. Vegetarian options include a veggie broth for the fried tofu veggie pho, with large portions of tofu and veggies. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with high chairs available and a cup with lid and straw for toddlers. Overall, we rated the food, service, and atmosphere each a 5 out of 5. This review is long overdue!! We?ve been coming to One Vietnamese for over 2 years now regularly! It?s not at all close to our home. Yet? My sons and I crave their Noodle Bowls among other things weekly, and we never hesitateto make the trek 2-3 times a month. Their pork thinly sliced and seared perfectly every time is to die for. Rice Noodles arealso always on point! Shrimp paste is something I dream about when hungry. The Owners are passionate and amazing people, and itshows in their food and kind service. Just lovely all around. They know us as regulars, and know what we want when we sit down.Always make us feel special. This is a Restaurant worth your time! ?? It! You will too! Highly recommended!!

Everything was s... read more Delicious, amazing, best Vietnamese food in Denver! My husband and I had the cold tofu spring rolls as well as the veggie egg roll noodle bowl. Everything was so fresh and prepared perfectly! They even have an option other than fish sauce for your bowlsfor vegetarians. So considerate! Our server was great. The restaurant is immaculate. We will be back!
