Good sandwiches at a great price. The function here seems to be the bread. I think the owner was trained in France to make the baguette authentic? I wish I had time to try everything on the menu, so maybe I'll make the next visits to SoCal. The ice cream coffee. Didn't sleep much after drinking. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mr. Baguette Sandwiches:
Place is nice and clean but the #1 Special Sandwich that I order is very non-impressive. The baguette was very dry, crumbled and over rises. The pate was not nice all that nicely flavored nor tasty. For $4.25 I get a much better deal at subway for my bucks! I will not be back! I would rather go to either Lee Sandwich or Bali Sandwich if I want to pay for an over priced Vietnamese sandwich. The sandwiches here are delicious and reasonably priced. The standout feature is definitely the bread. I believe the owner trained in France, which is why the baguettes taste so authentic. I wish I had more time to sample everything on the menu – perhaps I’ll make another trip to Southern California for that. As for the iced coffee, it was so good that I had trouble sleeping afterward!
It's quite impressive! The baguettes and ingredients are of high quality, but they really need to pay attention to special requests. I asked for no jalapeños on both my baguettes, but unfortunately, they still included them.
Your Lemongrass Railway Mi is outstanding! You can purchase the bread fresh and hot to take home. I will definitely return!
There are two different menus in the shop, one is American version and the other is Vietnamese, so you can order what your heart is content. There are a few stools placed on the window if you want to enjoy your baguettes and drinks on the premises.
I came here a few years ago from florida and loved it so much I took 10 sandwiches back home. It was so good I came back. All of these are scrumptious and I highly recommend
