Mcdonald's - Westminster

I was very disappointed with this restaurant. I waited for about 5 minutes to be served, and when I finally received my order, it was wrong. I went up to the counter for assistance, and despite saying "excuse me" five or six times, the man behind the counter was busy playing on his phone and didn't pay any attention to me. When he finally turned around, it was clear that he didn't understand English, and he needed help from someone else to understand what I was saying. If McDonald's is hiring people, they should ensure that their employees understand both English and Spanish, not just Spanish. I won't be returning to this location at 72nd and Federal in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. However, I do go to a McDonald's on Washington in Denver five days a week on my way to work, and they know me there very well.

I wait too long for "fast eating" and when I got my food, the bungalow was literally crunchy fraught cold and the chicken bugs in my children happy eating were extra crispy and got my order wrong to put the cherry on the head.

I ordered two hot and spicy and a 10 piece chickening. my nuggets came out perfectly, but when I came home, I checked my food because I wanted to eat it and a hotter and spicy had pickles, salat and mayonnaise (who puts pickles on a hot and spicy? but my other hot and spicy came with only salate. I ordered extra mayonnaise not one without and one with and 4 pickles. I ate the pickles because I wanted to eat one, but decided to wait. please do it better. I live the street literally. only the next mcdonalds to me.

I went to pick up an order and was disappointed by the unprofessional and rude customer service I experienced. No one acknowledged me while I stood there waiting, and if you don’t say anything, they just leave you standing there indefinitely before becoming rude. At one point, I even encountered someone in a manager's shirt who was quite disrespectful. If this is what passes for customer service nowadays, I really don’t believe they deserve to earn $15 or more an hour. And if that young woman was truly in a management position, I hate to say it, but I foresee McDonald's struggling in the coming years.

I've tried to give this location a few chances but no longer.. waited longer than I should have and the fries and everything else that I ordered were cold and poorly made. The kid that took the payment was kind but the window where I got the food, the kid handed me the food , I say thank you and as I'm saying that he slams the window shut. Customer service takes literally nothing out of you to do. Learn it people.. it's a priceless skill that can get you far in life.
