Hot Pho - Westminster

Review from December 5, 2022: I tried the combination vermicelli and it was a generous portion with great flavor. The server was lovely as well. The restaurant is conveniently located near Costco at the intersection of 92 and Sheridan. They provide bottled water instead of tap water. Thank you!

I dine at this restaurant at least once or twice a week. I absolutely love the spicy Phobrushes! Everything tastes incredibly fresh and well-prepared. Be sure to try the appetizer sampler—it's a must! It's a beautiful family-owned establishment that provides excellent service and serves delicious, authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

What a fantastic little gem! The restaurant offers ample parking, friendly service, and affordable yet delicious food. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly our meals arrived! We ordered the pork rolls, which came with four delightful egg rolls—exactly what we were in the mood for. I opted for the children's pho since I wasn’t too hungry, and I was unaware it came with broth, noodles, and chicken. Nonetheless, it was satisfying and scrumptious. My husband tried the solitary chicken, which was outstanding! The portion size was impressive—plenty of chicken, a generous bowl of rice, and some vegetables on the side. Our total bill, including the tip, came to around $25, which was excellent considering the amount of food we received. Although we’re not from Denver, I can confidently say we would become regulars if we lived here!

First meal ever in Colorado and it? Like I went to Vietnam! The food here is first-class and delicious authentic! The waitress was sweet and the food came out quickly. Get the Hot Brisket Pho the best I ever tasted! Also finish your meal with its delicious French pressed Vietnamese coffee! This is an iconic denver hole in the wall!

Great place for pho and great prices for kids meals. The shrimp rolls were on point, so good.
