Hamburger Stand - Westminster

The staff is really rude and they look at u like there so much better than u, the doors to eat inside are always locked do u have to use drive

Exactly what you would expect from a hamburger stand! Good fresh made food!

Walked in for lunch today, was not acknowledged by any of the staff working. I was the only one in line. A FedEx guy came in with a package and was immediately acknowledged by the manager, in front of me, at the counter. Manager signed for his package and walked off. A few more minutes of waiting for the girl to take my order or at least say hi, she was just whistling in front of the fryer and ignored my existence. I turned and walked out empty handed, just to see the manager outside messing with a hose faucet, he looked right at me and just let me continue to my car not having been served. Some service they displayed, especially on national hamburger day , considering most places have burgers for pennies today and I chose to go there knowing there were no deals to be had. Poor experience, from a restaurant that has been dying for decades. You 'd think they would want to make my money.. Burger king it is, I guess.

So, I use to like going here all the time. Recently they have been putting a guy at the drive thru that doesn 't listen to your order and will mess it up... I 'll go back up a couple stars when he is trained better. It just sucks when you pull up and dont get anything but I 'm ready from him. And then you order and have to repeat yourself multiple times, then get no totalk just go to the window . Now I always double and triple check, never had to do that before...

I wouldn't know how it is because at 430pm my husband and I went there to eat and waited at the drive through for 5 min before driving around to the window to find all the employees standing around not even noticing we were there. We had to knock on window and they said there were not open till 5p. But there sign said open and the hours stated they should have been open. So instead we went to Chipotle right across the street which was delicious.
