The food at this restaurant was excellent. I ordered the platter with two meats and two sides, and the brisket and ribs were both delicious and satisfying. My husband opted for the chicken and waffles dish, which he thought was amazing. View all feedback. What FitMom doesn't like about Elevated Q:
The restaurant was almost empty, and our waitress was very friendly, and helpful, we just didn't see much of her. We ordered the fried pickles and they were so oily, it took away from the crunch and flavor. I got the brisket dip, without a bun, but the brisket was over cooked, and not tender. Elevated Q had a great drink menu. The appetizer dumplings were crispy (excellent) and the chicken and waffles were amazing.
Waitress was very helpful and on top of things. The menu is not a typical BBQ, but very good. Will go back!
