Just called the store and spoke to someone name Aaron (apologies if it’s mispelled) about me missing an item from my order yesterday. Without any hesitation I was offered two options and was really appreciative for the help on my missed item. The food we had yesterday was amazing!! The service was good, but the rewards gift were these mini bagel bites that were as hard as a rock. The poppyseed bagel had about 10 poppy seeds, but the honey whole bagel was good. The employees had this weird green goo on their hands, and they were joking around and touching each other with this mysterious green goo. Friendly staff, but incredibly slow. Over 30 minute wait for a bagel. Staff giving orders to the wrong people, manager yelling at employees. Absolute chaos!
Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru only to find out our sandwich was still not ready and it would be an additional 10 minutes.
