I usually LOVE this place...but right now im very disappointed. I ordered a medium coffee and I got ripped off with them putting it halfway. I spent $5 for a half a cup of coffee and I can't even go back since I stopped by on my way to work. Being a teacher with barely any coffee is not ideal and this was very disappointing to start my day off. I'm hoping the manager makes this right being that I come here often. View all feedback.

Got to store at 6:30 am with my fiancé (store opens at 5 am). Door was locked so we knocked. Staff made eye contact and immediately went to back room. We waited for 10 minutes and nobody came to unlock the door. Eventually we tried the drive through and staff said they were too frightened by us knocking on the door to serve us. Left empty handed and very confused. Not sure why the door was locked in the first place but seems clear staff was not wanting to work that day.
Worst customer service EVER!!! My family and I were on our way to Aspen and decided to stop to get some coffee and donuts. WRONG DESISION ! I had been standing for a few minutes waiting to be served. The workers never bother to even look at me. Finally, I asked if any of them could help when one responded We are busy! She then whispered something to another worker. The other worker comes up to the register with an attitude and takes my order. I literally had to repeat my order a few times! she couldn 't comprehend what was 3 chocolate donuts, 3 glazed donuts and 6 drinks. I finally get the drinks and only one drink was correct!!! I asked who the manager was, and the girl taking my order responded it was HER !! NO WAY! I COULDN 'T believe my eyes! She obviously needs an intense course in customer service (and the rest of her crew as well) and find herself another job! I 've been in customer service for 20 years, I know how customers should be treated. THIS LOCATION IS NOT THE PLACE TO GET DONUTS NOR COFFEE! ?WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
Everything I ordered was soggy and wet... -eggs -bacon -donuts -sandwich bread None of the items I ordered tasted good at all. Donuts seemed to be thrown in the bag which coated the whole inside of the donut bag in chocolate sauce. Would love a refund.
This is probably the WORST Dunkin I have been too. The staff gave nothing but attitude, my latte was not properly made and the staff just threw my doughnut into the bag. What kind of training are they getting at this location? Definitely not going back to this Dunkin due to its low quality of staff training and customer service.
