The quality of drinks is always good. That's the only dunkin I've ever had to make the latte right. The only negative I have is that I don't always get it when I order a donut with my latte. I don't scream over the store to pay attention to someone when they're busy. So I go without my donut View all feedback.

Stopped in to get a coffee. The sign on the front door said front door broken drive-thru only. Not a problem however I drive a tractor trailer I cannot fit through the drive-thru. They had no vehicles and drive-through at that moment so I walked. Ladywas very rude. she cannot help walk UPS. Just had a really rude older lady wait on us at Dunkin?s?not sure who because no name tag but I am ready to file a complaint. I have waited and waited and waited in that line (yesterday for 2 drinks over 5 min?no biggie as only 2 employees working) whilethey have taken their time to get stuff done because I know that they are understaffed and I?ve been very patient when they?vemessed up my order I?ve never said anything and here we couldn?t get my husbands app to work so I got mine to work it was all ofabout 45 seconds and she couldn?t wait? ?you?re running up my timer, sir, do you have a payment??I need a payment right now!?shewas rude and nasty. Makes me not want to go back. It was uncalled for. I believe customers should be patient but so should theworkers.
I just wanted to say thank you to the employees who were so kind when their espresso machine was down to give me my refund out of their own tips because they realized I was in a hurry ! Very generous and kind young man working fast food can be difficultand having patience to deal with people like me makes them all the better!

I can understand if they were busy And I walked upto the window in between vehicles. However they had no customers at the moment. There are like 9 people working on the inside ifthe lobby is closed you don't need that many people. Possibly the worst Dunkin I've been to.
