I thought I was the only one thinking some employees here had an issue with race but after reading some of the reviews I'm not wrong. The older lady checking receipts or membership cards changes her attitude depending on who you are on top of being rude she looks so angry. The honest customer service, the employees are rude and the managers are even worse. I'd rather pay twice for Whole Foods and then be treated like **** by those idiots. Hard pass.
I find the supervisory staff to be impolite and seemingly not caring. If I could go to another Costco I would. There is no excuse for rudeness, just be polite and respectful Lisa! I have had 2 of these types of experiences. I use Costco for my business and I am there at least twice a week, shame on you for not treating a good customer with more respect and kindness.
It's almost Christmas, and the lines are going all the way into the store, the parking lot is almost full, yet multiple lanes are closed, and the managers are doing a poor job of managing the queues. Tried talking to a manager about it and they didn't seem to care.
I wouldn't want anyone to go though what I experience they will take your car and not pick up the phone for 6 hr just to want to you to wait 30 min to get your keys . DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE THEY DONT RESPECT YOUR TIME !!!
Some of the cheapest gas around. Worth the drive even from Boulder
