Stopped by here today and I was impressed with their operation. They had people out directing cars where to go. People walking down the line of cars to take orders and different people walking down the line to take payments. By the time I got around the corner the person was handing me my food. Every time I got there I’m reminded as to why I shouldn’t. Other than the ridiculous parking lot maze that I had to go through to even order, someone forgot my spoons for my ice cream, all of my sauces, and was given a half empty container of fries. I know I sound dramatic. But you all are consistently wrong on my order accuracy. View all feedback.
I don't know of any Chick-fil-A restaurant that isn't bustling with customers because the food is just that good! This particular location is no different. Despite being very busy, they handle the large crowds efficiently.
I have to start by saying that 5 stars are not enough to describe the incredible customer service provided by Rachel Ball tonight. She went above and beyond to rectify a situation and her friendliness was truly appreciated. Rachel deserves special recognition for her outstanding service!
The young woman working at the drive-thru was efficient, friendly, and attentive. She even offered additional items when she noticed a need. Chick-fil-A has exceeded expectations with their excellent customer service.
Eating was good, but it's 20 degrees! Why are they outside? their hands are red and cold. there is a heating, but with a line of cars, how can they warm up through them? poor things. the person who took my order was great, but clear ice cold! I'm not trying to think about corporations like monsters, but a business should worry more when people are there!
We ordered chicken noodle soup and they did not put the lid on all the way and put it in the same bag as all the rest of our food so it was an absolute mess when we took everything out. The paper was stuck on the straw, the cardboard and bag was soggy, and the nuggets were covered in soup. The fries were also only half full. The food itself tasted good but it was not a great experience.
