WOW! So I have Celiac disease (gluten-free diet) and when I told the employee Kyle I couldn't have gluten/was allergic he immediately offered to change his gloves out and was super chill about it too!! You don't see that kind of caution taken without having to ask these days (and usually with an annoyed attitude on the employee's part) so that was awesome and very re-assuring! He literally was so kind and knowledgeable on what was gluten free and what wasn't, and continued to be careful as my bowl went down the line. I had to leave a review because I get a lot of anxiety asking people to please change gloves or use caution and he didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all!!! You're awesome Kyle!! And Cava is so tasty ?

Great location, staff is kind, but my harissa chicken has been burnt almost every time and I wish you never took away the meatballs.. I love the sauces, different juices- (cucumber one is my fav), pita chips are amazing.

Food was pretty good although my bowl was on the small side. My falafel had more personality than the large, dark-haired guy with beard and mustache who acted like serving me was more effort than he could expend. No smile, one word answers...find another job and not in customer service...you bring the place down.
