Carl's Jr. - Westminster

Foods been great. Customer service is always great. The lady working in the morning/afternoon needs a second person. I've had to leave a couple times now because she's got a full drive through and multiple people waiting to take orders inside. She's literally one person and that's hard to juggle. I like this location better than the one on Beach so I'll be back, but it would be nice if she has some help to speed up the process.

The burger I'd was very good. I must say this about the avacado burger was not what I'd expected. It was a bit over price and it was not too great. They sometimes over cook the zucchini which is hard and hard to chew. But other wise the food is ok. I would've give Carl's Jr a 5 star but never can i get a good batch of zucchini. Plus the drinks are overprice especially for a fountain drink.

I am absolutely disappointed in this carls. i ordered a lettuce wrap of the beyond burger with two pattie?s. both patties were literally burnt to a crisp. absolutely disgusting. i will be calling in the morning and demanding a refund but in the mean time i absolutely do NOT recommend coming here. it?s a complete waste of money

I was charged twice on my card for $30. It took three days just to reach someone who said they would look into the issue. Whenever I spoke with supervisors and the District Manager, Debbie G., it felt like I was inconveniencing them. They refuse to take responsibility for their error and are instead directing me to my bank, even though it was Carl's mistake to charge me twice. Please get this sorted out and refund my money, or I will escalate this further.

I really enjoyed the buy one, get one offer for just $2.99. The Famous Star with Cheese is one of my favorites. I recommend getting the pickles on the side; they taste much fresher that way.
