However, there 's nothing to celebrate. The service is terrible. It takes over half an hour to place your order then another hour and a half before they serve you. Then when you finally get your food, it 's not appetizing. I ordered the hamburger steak with cheese, onions and gravy. I received what looked like a burger covered in sweet, stale gravy, no onions. I also ordered gravy over my fries but I got no gravy. Thank goodness because it was bad. The hamburger steak tasted like it had ketchup in it. The fresh cut French fries were soggy. I not only found 1 BUT 2 hairs in my food. After seeing the first one I was done, but then searched through my plate some more to find another. It is dirty inside as well. The customer service was terrible as “sorry” was all that was stated due to my complaint of hairs in my food. GO ANYWHERE ELSE — new owners made it worse!!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
