I typically visit this Arby's on Thursday nights, usually around 10 PM. Tonight, I stopped by for dinner at around 11:30, just half an hour before they were set to close, and the staff was exceptional! A woman took my order while a gentleman prepared the food. What Kaya Borer doesn't like about Arby's:
Good food but it’s 11 for the medium chicken bacon meal... the chicken was small. Would have been 5 if the chicken was the size of the bun. I didn’t pay $11 for a bun and a tiny bit of chicken... well never mind, I guess I did. Almost forgot to mention that there was one slice of bacon broken in half on it it. I got a chicken slider and I think the slider was slightly smaller.. . I ate it first before I took pictures... View all feedback.
Dining experience was disappointing. The fries were as hard as rocks, and the brat beef was equally unappetizing. It also didn't taste fresh at all. Overall, the food was quite unpleasant: 1/5.
One of the best Arby’s I've been to! The sandwiches were hot and fresh, and the fries were served hot and quickly, even late at night. The staff was very friendly and did a great job. I’ll definitely be returning regularly!
The service was quite slow! However, the driver was friendly. Unfortunately, the short lady who was working with her was not very pleasant at all—she was extremely rude. We ordered shakes, but when they arrived, they were already melted. When I asked for fresh shakes, she nearly threw them at me and slammed them against the window with such force that I thought it might break! I understand that she might have been stressed and overwhelmed, but there's no reason for the staff to be rude to the customers who contribute to their job security.
For just one worker at this place on Sunday at 15:30 hrs. manning both the kitchen and register the one person did great. Maybe if arbys paid more they would have more staff? the poor worker
Horrible, lobby closed, woman in drive thru was not nice or friendly. Waited 20 min paid $20 to throw away old food. Will not be going back to this arbys
