Despite some positive feedback on the taste of the chicken and the occasional good deal, reviews for this KFC location in Morinville are overwhelmingly negative. Many customers have complained about poor customer service, small portions, uncleanliness, and inconsistencies in orders. Some have even gone as far as to say that the chicken is disgusting and the worst they have ever had. The lack of care from employees and the decline in quality has resulted in many patrons vowing to never return. While some have had decent experiences with the food, overall, it seems that this KFC has a long way to go in terms of improving service and winning back their customers' trust.

My dad grabbed a double chicken piece box with fries and gravy and I grabbed the chicken zinger wrap and a popcorn go bucket. The chicken is always pretty good and juicy.
Customer service is horrible they don’t ask you what drink you want with your combo don’t give you a fork for your poutine, poutine is also disgusting they fill the entire thing with gravy it’s like soup,you wait 10 mins at the mic just to order in the drive thru worst by far besides McDonald’s in
PO is the only way to describes this pathetic KFC, requested No Wings in our Bucket got Wings. Chicken Cold, Gravy Cold, Fries were Old and cold. Shame on U!
Few things are wrong. Check your order There's a good chance it's wrong. Overcooked or Under cook. It's just real bad Location.
Every time you choose delivery you get the worst order and food ever. It's like they don't care because they won't see you or care about you after. Wrong spaces and it looked like the sandwiches have been stepped on. The chicken strips are so small because they don't give a hoot for their delivery. Always have to warm it up because it's so cold, you can tell it just sits on the counter there for ever. This KFC has fallen really far sadly. Service is alright when going through drive-through, but some cashiers don't know certain food items(where they are on the machine) so it makes it really hard and inconsistent on ordering. It's sad because it's a local business and would be nice to support. But when the employees don't care, soon the customers won't
