I was told to pull up and wait for my food at this restaurant, but ended up sitting in my car for 20 minutes. When I asked the woman who brought my food for a straw, she gave me a rude look and told me I didn't receive a drink in a condescending manner. I was told to pull up and wait for my food at this restaurant, but ended up sitting in my car for 20 minutes. When I asked the woman who brought my food for a straw, she gave me a rude look and told me I didn't receive a drink in a condescending manner. Why would I ask for a straw if I didn't receive a drink? The customer service was awful. In addition, I didn't receive the sauce for my nuggets and only got 9 nuggets instead of the 10 I paid for. If you enjoy unnecessary attitude and receiving less than you paid for, this is the place for you.
The customer service at this restaurant is terrible, as the staff is unable to have a coherent conversation over the phone.
