If you are looking for a bite to eat and pint, this is a really solid bar and grill! The food isn't fancy by any means but it is good! Typical domestic beers on tap and decent assortment of liquor. Keep your drink orders simple. (Jack&coke, gin&tonic, beer, etc. If you are not fussy, this is the place for you! Parking: Ample parking behind the building. View all feedback.
What Kelly Walling doesn't like about Strykers Grill:
Stopped in for a drink and some appetitzers. It was hot in there. Feel like they should have had the heat lowered or a/c on. So it was uncomfortable. Service was okay. Food alright. Drinks were okay. The atmosphere is old and dingy. Looks like they had a pool tourney going on when we went in. View all feedback.
Great place. Folks are very friendly. Tried most of their food and everything I’ve tried is good.
The owners don't care about the patrons.I play pool at strykers twice a week on a legue. It was so hot and uncomfortable that alot of us left early. It is ashame that the owners don't value the pool leagues and the amount of revenue they are bringing in the bar.I feel bad for the wait staff they are good at there job and have to listen to all the complaints because the owners are cheap
Great crowd! Girls... you CANNOT beat guys at armwrestling.
Horrible Bar!! Stepping into this bar felt like entering a time warp back to the days of prohibition, and not in a charming way. The two old ran down lady bartenders working weekends immediately fixated their gaze on me, whispering behind their hands like schoolyard gossips. WHILE STARING AT ME. Their attempts at friendliness felt as genuine as a cheap knockoff, leaving me feeling uneasy. The bar itself was a sad sight to behold. The furniture looked like it had survived a war, with cracks and stains serving as a testament to its long and neglected existence. It was the kind of place that made you question whether a health inspector had ever set foot inside. But what truly sealed the deal was the utter lack of entertainment. No jukebox to drown out the awkward silence, not even a TV to mindlessly watch sports on. It was as if the concept of fun had been banned within those dilapidated walls.Overall, the experience was a cocktail of discomfort and disappointment. The rude and weird behavior of the two lady bartenders, combined with the rundown atmosphere and absence of any form of entertainment, made it abundantly clear why this place had no business. Save yourself the trouble and find a bar that actually knows how to pour a drink and create a welcoming environment. This place needs a serious remodel and restaffing FIRE THE HAGS.:
Great place to play pool. I come here at least once a week.
