When we first walked in, I noticed cobwebs on the floor around the host's stand on both sides. It seemed to need a good cleaning, rather than just having the hosts and managers standing around. I will come back, but only because of our server, Deanna. She was fantastic—truly the best waitress I've ever had! She made our visit worthwhile, and the food was delicious as well. What User doesn't like about Red Lobster:
The restaurant informed us there would be a 25-minute wait, but it ended up being 50 minutes. After being seated, we waited about 15 minutes for the bread and appetizers to arrive, and then it took another 25-35 minutes for our meals. While the food was delicious, the orange juice we ordered was terrible, and despite returning it, we were still charged for it. View all feedback.
I believe this is the best Red Lobster in the Western Wayne district. The service here is outstanding. The manager, Sean, goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have an exceptional dining experience. Dining here is always a pleasure.
They have one of the best Sangrias I've ever tasted. The portions sometimes are small but it's not with every visit. Clean environment and friendly staff.
I was craving shrimp Alfredo, so I decided to stop by this restaurant. I was seated immediately, and the wait staff were very efficient. My appetizer arrived in no time—it was the perfect stuffed mushrooms. The main course followed shortly after, and everything was delicious.
Throughout my life, I've eaten at more expensive restaurants, but lately, I've come to appreciate Red Lobster. Today, I discovered they added Oyster Rockefeller, one of my favorite seafood appetizers, to the menu. While it wasn't the absolute best I've had, it was still a decent value at $15. For my main course, I ordered a sirloin steak – not my preferred cut – and lobster, which was excellent. I enjoyed this gourmet meal along with a frozen drink for around $68. In a fine dining setting, this meal would likely cost around $150. Nowadays, every dollar counts, and I'm grateful for the savings.
We had a great experience with our server Bo and the hostess was very personable. the food was absolutely fantastic. the best steak i enjoyed in many years.
