The food was cooked to perfection, and the service was outstanding. The staff contributed to a wonderfully positive atmosphere.
As a black man I always get the most rude black women who are probably 25 and under just always acting entitled, and have the worse attitudes. This KFC constantly has women here cutting you off before you can ask a question, or tell them what you want without them getting an attitude. You can't see the menu during night shift cause the sign if off, and probably too lazy to turn it on. I'm not a rude person I respect all people in this industry cause I know how difficult it is. I had to pull off because of the attitude of the lady who takes the orders on night shift on Friday's. Fix your attitudes, asking a someone what they have when you can't see it isn't a crime.
I had a frustrating experience with an online order at this restaurant. They wouldn’t let me pick it up through the drive-thru, which left me without anything to drink while I waited. After about five minutes of trying to get the manager's attention, I was told I needed to prove that I had paid for my order before they would assist me. They seemed to overlook the fact that they often get orders wrong in the first place. The manager gave me the standard responses, but it felt like they didn’t really care. I live just two blocks away, but based on how I was treated, I won’t be returning.
Freedur settings like ridiculous to explain the design is to get rid of the days food supply quote 2 hrs before minus bone in chix. a problem? wait time not even an option? so if you want a late dinner, kfc not unless? tisch scraps w/ no discount for inappropriate, really? aim is to fulfill the sales quota; not to accomodate customers;Beware n0! chix on a chicken stable? due to neglected mngmnt. decides to disregard a KFC policy, has no bone in chixbeware! serviced aim is only midday or early evening; for standard chix service, yes very friendly, tell them how it push out leftovers no thanks, also not negotiation services for lack of uncomfortable waiting times possibly post a sign up! prior to driving waiting ordinary cuz it is automatic cuz to work with workers too? are standard procedures? umshameful address this non-compliant standards for cost-cutting or later options to promote minimal day-end food flushing, which has not sold?w/out? cost reduction only in line service? so they also reduce ur standard procedures to change it back. on line 1st quantity lack? or are they uncomfortable waiting in line surprises not nice;When advertising buckles by chix close 2hr previous; w minimal chix options and the culpture please do not excuse horrific decision about mgmnt part, however a f idea.i heartland chix is the best also they mark down and give them the option that after 6 p.m would not be fresh; limited chix: i suggestion for a change of the directive.unan acceptable to press W/in a franchise who thinks necessary pleasant quality minimal over quantity full price negligible service plz eliminate the ridiculous make customers drive thruonly suggest1 hr. w/ option to complete daytime orders buckets of chix. Staff are incredibly rude here, and online ordering is a nightmare. Be prepared to show proof and argue about what you ordered. If they forget the drink you ordered, it’s somehow your fault and a huge inconvenience to the staff, despite it being on the receipt. Not returning here.
