I went straight to Walmart down the road and found the cake I wanted at half the price and with much less hassle. The store was clean and easy to find from the road. Avoid this place! They claim they can't shake things up, but I'm pretty sure they could use a little change! The young girl working there seemed more interested in her phone ringing than in taking care of the customers. It's truly unprofessional at its worst!
"This place had very little ice available, and the young girl who was serving me went to answer a phone call before handing over my drink! Meanwhile, she was handling food from Popeyes while I was waiting and paying for my ice. They definitely need to be checked by the health department; I might just be the one to call!"
The restaurant has two coolers, but only one is operational, and even that one is not filled with ice properly. Every time I visit, they never have any donuts available, and their mixer is always broken. It’s frustrating to see them still open for business under these conditions. I recommend taking note of this location in Plymouth and on Merriman. I won't be returning.
The cake of my daughter looks terrible! such a sloppy job for a $25 cake. not happy, and their words are separated when you call them!
Never havevaniallia ice cream for the coffee drinks. This place is going down hill really fast. IT'S BASKIN ROBIN 31FLAVORS and they have maybe 10.
