The Pasta Co-op - Westlake

Tried out for the first time today and i will definitely be back! Staff was extremely kind and the pasta was amazing. I could eat those noodles without sauce they are so good!

I do not and would not recommend. Seems I am not the only who thinks this is overpriced bland food paired with rude employees. No, thank you I much prefer Pasta Da Vinci from the Cheesecake Factory next door. Sean could use additional training if he is going to deal with customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service for bland, mediocre food. Refused an individual with vision issues adequate utensils to eat. The employees are rude, ignorant, and discriminatory (ring a bell Sean?! . I would NOT recommend this dump to my worst enemy. Avoid this place at all costs. And worst of all the owner supports this disgusting behavior!

Horrible customer service, food is not impressive and takes forever. ETA There were spoons in the window they would not allow a handicapped person to use. Sean told me I could go to the Cheesecake Factory and get a spoon if I wanted one. He was rude, he was condescending, we waited 20 minutes for some noodles and sauce and it wasn't that good. I would absolutely never spend another cent at your establishment.

Yes, the prices are much higher than if you just went home and made pasta out of a box. BUT they make their pasta fresh (by which I mean they make the actual noodles) and everything is made to order. I?ve been coming here every so often since they opened and have not had a negative experience yet. Wait time is usually between five and 20 minutes, and the portions are generous enough that I always have leftovers. I tend to alternate between the no-frills marinara pomodoro and the vegan Thai peanut (the spicier, the better IMO) I?m hungry just writing this review.
