From my experiences here lately I have always been satisfied.
This place always makes it right. If they don't. You do it right. See what I did? The managers today replaced my crying toddlers after being blown by the top of the car. Thank you to the staff. Fries are always hot and tasty. Thanks for the great experiences.
Drink. Sweet tea to be exact. It was fast and efficient. The employees were polite and were quickly in and out of the drive through the line.
This restaurant is fantastic! They always make me feel welcome whenever I visit. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The general manager is truly dedicated to the establishment and constantly seeks ways to enhance the experience here. Orders are consistently accurate, and they excel at curbside, online, and drive-thru service. Today, the staff is being recognized for their hard work, and the interior looks impressive. If you ever encounter an issue, don’t hesitate to bring it up—they’ll make it right. I have no intention of going to McDonald's!
My phone number was 835-2379. Back in the 90s, there was an attempt at a delivery service, which I found out about when I started receiving random food orders. I would always try to redirect these calls, but every now and then, I’d get a caller who was likely intoxicated and demanding food. I usually took their orders and then suspended them. Eventually, the delivery program was deemed a failure and was canceled, but I always felt guilty that I didn’t do more to help, leaving a poor manager to handle the complaints. It’s been nearly 30 years, but I wanted to give a 5-star rating to make up for it. I’m sorry!
