Ordered food to be ready after my sons football game. Came to pick it up the workers were busy. Not a problem so I patiently wait. Another lady walks in and they helped her instantly. I walk up as soon as she leaves the kids walks back to the line totally ignoring me. I caught the girl’s attention asked for my food. I only then was informed that they don’t have one of the items I ordered well over 2 hours ago. I wish they would have called to inform me of this because I then I had to wait another 10 minutes while they made a substitute item. Don’t have pumpkin howie bread on the menu if you don’t have it or if an item isn’t in stock that day, inform those who placed orders several hours ahead of time so their food will be ready like expected. If I knew we would have had to wait this long we would have went elsewhere. We specifically choose here so we wouldn’t have to wait after his game since it was already 8:30pm on a school night.
