Hot Chicken Takeover - Westlake

The chicken and waffles were excellent. The owner/manager was kind, courteous, customer friendly. Offered free sweet tea when I was there. Just a really great operation. I would recommend to anyone but a total, penny-pinching cheap-skate. Another example of what is wrong with Cleveland. This place thrives in Columbus.Kid-friendliness: Friendliness to kids, adults, everyone.

I live 40 miles away, but I come here every time I’m in the area. I’ve been here several times now, and each time has been wonderful. The employees are incredibly friendly and always give me a little extra something on the house. The food is delicious, the hot chicken is the best I’ve ever had in Ohio.

Great place to eat friendly welcoming from beginning to end very attentive staff is amazing .GM I want to say his name is AdamI met him for the first time on Friday, August 4 around 530he's the new GM at this location .great personality goes above and beyond to make you comfortableif only all places conduct themselves and are as welcome as the staff and GM .you guys are doing an amazing job and this is all the time , I come here often and then they never fail me they're always amazing every single last one of the staff .And the plus side is they have vegan plant-based options I love it here ..

The side dishes were excellent, we tried the beans and the Mac N cheese. Honestly, I was pretty underwhelmed by the chicken and sauce options. The white bread that they place under the chicken made the meal feel cheap to me.
