Graeter's Ice Cream - Westlake

Good value. Super friendly staff. Some interesting flavors, reasonable, but not huge selection. Store is very bright and clean. They have a lot of non-ice cream things but we only tried the ice cream....

Went to go get some ice cream with the family tonight. This place is a must try! There ice cream is really good and creamy. The strawberry with dark chocolate is amazing! The mint chocolate chip is good but it has a really minty kick to it. The prices are fair here for the amount of ice cream you get. The staff was also very nice and friendly!!

Graeter's is a great soft serve alternative. I really appreciate their rotation of seasonal flavors and the fact that they advertise what they will be months in advance. What I like most about Graeter's is the unique buts of chocolate they use in their ice cream. Is slightly soft with a unique ability to be ever so slightly soft while being suspended in the frozen ice cream. I also like to visit in the fall for Elena's Blueberry Pie flavored ice cream. Every scoop also comes with a donation toward pediatric brain cancer research. There aren't many ice cream shops around that do this kind of philanthropy. If you haven't been, please give Graeter's a try. You won't be dissapointed.

Good ice cream with friendly service. customers can build their own concoctions using a variety flavors, syrups, and toppings. I like the seasonal peach flavor with a graham cracker topping, which is pretty dang good.

The ice cream itself was good?the staple however was not. I was halfway through my single scoop when I bit down on something kind of hard? So I bit down again thinking maybe it was ice since the ice cream was really cold, and I immediately was like ?yeah thats hard?; when i pulled it out of my mouth i was surprised to see a STAPLE- like a literal medal staple for PAPER. How does that even get in icecream? So I went back to the shop and told them very very nicely what happened to which they offered me a new scoop for free, with little to no concern. The manager was standing right there next to the employee and said nothing, no sorry or asked what flavor it was so they could maybe check the bin?? I denied their offer for free icecream and politely said I wanted a refund- which they agreed to. While the manager did my refund, The employee checked the bin my flavor was in, and said ?I dont see any staples?. Well?neither did I until it was in my mouth. Hopefully they disposed of the bin my ice cream came from since there possibly could've been more staples. A law suite waiting to happen.
