Absolutely chaotic!!! I placed an order online and paid with my credit card for a specific pickup time. When I arrived at the restaurant, I ordered again and waited for 20 minutes before I had to check on my order. There was no record of it, and I had to go back to the computer to re-enter it. Extremely unorganized!!! Placed orders online and paid w/ credit for takeout to be picked up a certain time. Arrived at restaurant, showed order and waited 20 minutes before I checked? no order and had to re input in computer. Waited another 20minutes and checked again. Would have walked out but was already paid with card. When finally received order was incorrect. Badbad bad will never go back to the TO store. Never apologized.
Easy to order online, reasonable prices, quick pickup process and delicious burgers. What's not to love.

How is this place always out of kids food? I can't even order a kids charburger meal but i can order a normal one? It's only this habit, every time I try to order from the app all the kids options are unavailable.
