Natural Cafe - Westlake Village

Great place. We stopped for lunch and had the BBQ chicken sandwich and salad and it was fantastic. We enjoyed our meals, the quiet and peaceful atmosphere and service. Very recommended

The only reason I give 2 stars and not 1 is because the food was good. I sit here, write this review at 8:38 when I finish my meal (at home) that I was forced to box and go when I was 3 bites in. I came with my parents at 8:05 we ordered 5 things, food came to our table at 8:20 (one of the entrees was wrong btw, but the sweet girl who took our order made a mistake - we said no problem). We are literally a few bites when the other server, a blonde girl, comes to our table and asks us if we need boxes. Why do we need boxes? We just got our food? I said no, thank you. It is now 8:29 and it turns off half the lights in the restaurant to pull us off. Then she started to wake up dirt next to our table. Next you know it?s 8:32 and she brings boxes to our table and tells us we have to go because she has to include the restaurant for security purposes to which my father reacts? no problem can you include? She tells us we can't be in the restaurant while she counts the money. Why don't we just stop our meal and we'll be on the way? In what world would a restaurant owner be all right with their staff who would throw the girls out 5 minutes after their meal? There were 2 other parties in the restaurant you were interested in, and she just seemed to care about us. So incredibly rude. This girl should not have a job in the service industry. We are regular natural cafe while we live across the street and are within walking distance. Next time I will talk to the manager personally and make sure that the problem is addressed. This is not acceptable and I will not feel comfortable to give business to a place that treats customers in this way. Long story short, we boxed our entire meal up and I was at home at 8:38 to refresh my dinner. Will order Finneys next time.

The salads are pretty good. The corn bread is addicted. Many great options for all on the menu.

My salad and smoothie were delicious and the service was super fast. Many vegetarian and vegan options. I like tahini dressing and homemade guacamole.

100% delicious, Quick friendly service! Being from NYC that?s important. The vegan burger, chicken salad and the Albacore tuna were beyond amazing!
