Hmmm I was last here 4 months ago. The menu changed. No French fries I say that as a mom. When we want to enjoy certain cuisine we need staples to keep the kids happy. Also, there was zero meat in my bibimap and it was scorching hot and I burned my throat. The temperature did not subside much after 15 minutes when my husband finished his bulgogi. I'm saddened to hear that Maru is closing or getting converted to a Japanese Ramen shop. There's so many Japanese restaurants around the Conejo Valley, but only a few very good Korean restaurants (that aren't the usual Korean BBQ). At Maru, their dishes were well prepared, and the service was one of the best! If this is due to new management, I sure hope they keep the same menu and just add Ramen as another option fo...
