Not sure who runs this place but the service here is hideous. I continue to ask them not to put ketchup packets on top of the food and they tell me no and keep doing it. I've asked for a little more sauce inside a wrap and they told me no with no reason why they can't. I've gotten wraps with the chicken so overcooked it could chip a tooth.
