Always happy with my orders and the staff is always so kind to me. Some of them I’ve gotten to have chats with while at the drive through window they’re just super kind always want to ensure I’m happy with my order especially if I’m trying something new. They’re my favorite coffee place in town. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I was craving Dietuck's pie pop, which I wanted specifically from the Starbucks location. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide it. I can't justify going on a diet just for one item. View all feedback.
I requested to split my payment between cash and debit with an older female employee at the restaurant. However, I observed her put my cash in the tip jar and proceed to charge the full amount to my debit card. Due to this experience, I have decided to visit the Starbucks located nearby instead, as I do not feel comfortable trusting this restaurant with my money.
I wanted to take a moment to praise your employee, Dan, who was working the drive-thru window today when I placed my order. His contagious smile and positive attitude were much appreciated, and it is clear that he is a valuable member of your team. Thank you for your kindness!
Mobile order was ready for pickup when we arrived with all items accounted for ?. Good experience, I will be returning to this store. ? ??
This Starbucks used to have phenomenal service but they have seriously been slacking the last few months! I think it 's because the crew had changes. This is the 4th time I walk in to pick up my mobile order and it 's not ready (even though it was placed more than 5 minutes ago). And every time I sit down to wait, not a single one of the crew members asks me what the name for the order is. Not saying their quality of drinks is lacking, still exceptionally satisfying beverages. It 's the baristas that seem to be lacking their Starbucks enthusiasm and quick pace of work. I still see a few gems of a barista there, though!
Every single time I come here the service is exceptional. Today I was having a particularly rough day and I said that to the cashier behind the counter, because although I wasn't being mean in any way, I felt like my energy was easy to pick up on and felt bad about that. In response this person was very kind and understanding. In addition, I had no idea what I wanted really and they were helpful and asked all the right questions. I loved the latte I ordered. It was delicious. To top it all off and in a shocking event, not only were the workers nice, they were incredibly empathetic and ended up writing a note on my cup. This really made my day and they truly did add a little joy to it, just like the cup says! Thank you very much to whoever you are!
