Decided to drop in to check out the Westerville Graeter’s . I was greeted by Jaylin, he’s been working there for around 3 years. I ordered the Love Boat Sundae with Black Raspberry chip and Black Cherry chip. Both had great flavor and huge chunks of chocolate mixed in. The only thing wrong was the little candy hearts were harder than a rock. Time for a fresh batch, otherwise a great experience. View all feedback. What is the deal with Mia at this location? I grew up with Graeter's and love it but this location gets one star because of her. On multiple occasions I have gone in with my kids and had her make ordering very difficult due to her ridiculously strict adherence to made up rules. Amazing, just amazing! We stopped for a race packet pick up and had to do Graeter's! I love the sprinkled, chocolate cones with chocolate chip ice cream.
