Prices no... read more My waffle with hot cherries and ice cream was delicious, but unfortunately the coffee had a lot of coffee grounds. The service was quick and friendly. Prices normal. Overall, the whole café is unclean and not really comfortable. Here and there is some rum, the used cleaning rag was lying on the neighboring table the whole time, some of the walls are painted or dirty and the floors, table legs and the bases of the benches were all not wiped down. There was dirt everywhere, old dried ice (or other dried liquids) that had run down. And that even though the season had only started a few days earlier. By the way, that day we were there 10 minutes after the store opened. So it wasn't fresh dirt either. It's a real shame because the ice cream is always really delicious.

After orderin... read more Unfortunately only one star . Overall, the ice cream actually tastes very good there. Unfortunately, some of the staff seem extremely overwhelmed. After ordering a “chocolate milk/shake”, we had to spend some time discussing how to put it together. On the other hand, two spaghetti ice creams were ordered to take away shortly before 7 p.m., but unfortunately we did not receive this on the grounds that “we would be closing soon” mind you, 1 ! hour before the store closed. The entire staff was spread out at the counter and was happily chatting. For another order I wanted the “strawberry” spaghetti ice cream; This was also rejected outright on the grounds that it would no longer be strawberry season and therefore the ice cream would no longer be offered and in an unfortunately very unfriendly tone. It's a shame that we've only had bad experiences there so far and we'll definitely eat our ice cream elsewhere now.
