great customer service! the tacos were phenomenal! I had steak, garnel and pastor! They literally have the best flan I ever had, and the margs will make you right? View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Guac N Tacos:
the tacos were really good and the drinks I bought were $12, not bad, except that both drinks had hardly any alcohol, if at all! tequila makes me a bit more if you want that after I was gone, I felt just bleeding. drinks were only weak, not really satisfied. do not want to be picky, but on the margarita they gave us a super old dry lime (pic) like garnish. I really enjoyed the crispy fish tacos at this restaurant. All of the other dishes were also very delicious. Overall, I rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as a 5 out of 5.
My family and I are regular customers at this restaurant. Although the food quality can sometimes be excellent, I am often disappointed by poor preparation or mistakes. The overall experience depends on who is working that day. The prices are on the higher side because they use high-quality ingredients, but it is disappointing to be charged premium prices when the preparation is subpar. During my current visit, a high school girl is struggling to correct my order and charge me correctly, taking up to 10 minutes. It would be simpler if the owner or manager were present. Unfortunately, this restaurant is part of a small chain and the thoughtful owner is not always there. They eventually fixed my order as best as they could, but it is frustrating to support a local business when you are unsure if your $14 burrito will be as expected. Overall, the service was rated 1 out of 5, food quality 3 out of 5, and atmosphere 3 out of 5. The price per person ranges from $10 to $20 for lunch.
I ordered three tacos, along with rice, beans, and corn, to-go, for a total of $25. However, when I got home, I found that the ground beef taco was mushy and tasteless, the rice was undercooked, and the corn was missing from my order. I called the restaurant to request a refund for the missing corn, but Julisa informed me that their policy does not allow for refunds, even if part of the order was missing. She mentioned that the owner was out of town and did not know when they would return. Instead, Julisa suggested that I come back to pick up the corn either that night or another day. I declined the offer, expressing my disappointment with the experience and requesting a refund for the missing corn. I do not recommend this restaurant and do not plan on returning.
I ordered the veggie bowl and found it to be of fairly basic quality, but it was fresh enough for the price of $10.
The menu advertises a burrito for $9.50, but when you get the bill, they actually charge you $11.00. The portion is small, with minimal meat and no guacamole.
