Amazing service! Some lovely blonde ladies with excellent customer service lovely coffee. I was having a mental breakdown while ordering as I was informed my dad had just had a aneurism and the came over and we’re very supportive whilst still managing the other customers in an orderly manner. Perfect chocolate brownie! Will return after my flight back from dads funeral. View all feedback.

I usually do not leave any reviews, but this place is terrible and has very rude service. when I asked if my ice and bacon roll was on him 's gone after waiting a good 20 minutes I was thrown on and said that 'yes I was one in' and then went on to watch how the dame the bacon egg roll out of the refrigerator and put it in the microwave. the coffee also tastes terrible. Rude service, burnt milk I was served by Regina a very unpolite and frankly not very welcoming women. I politely asked if my cup could be rinsed before use then she replied with um well no I 'm actually to busy to do that just rude
The first time I thought I was unlucky. The second time I come to the realisation that the coffee served here is garbage. wait until you get to Melbourne for a decent brew.

Not impressed!! They have run out of small coffee cups and therefore you are forced to purchase a bigger size. They were not prepared to provide a small size in the larger cup as a they didn’t know how to measure it(really? and b they had to pay for the bigger cup so why should they lose money on providing the smaller size in the bigger cup I was offered my money back.....so they were prepared to lose the business but not the few cents extra that a larger cup cost them So then when we went downstairs to the boarding lounge...guess what....their Hudson’s there had small cups. So is it really a case of lack of cups or a blatant attempt to exploit customers?? Yep! Won’t be patronising these people again
