If you aren't familiar with Chipotle you order and go down a line where the employees dish out your food which is encased behind glass and pay at the end of the line. The line employees are always friendly and helpful and happy to allow you to customize your food to your liking. They never hesitate to provide a water cup on the days when prefer not to have another drink. The bowl portions are very large and easily can feed two or save half for another meal. The bowl uses a cardboard type bottom with a domed foil lid so easy to take leftovers home. The salsa is very good and made in house, the chips to me are thick and average tasting so rarely order as it's an a carte item. The only negative is not with Chipotle and on visits during busy times some of the customers use this as their children's playground and allow them to wander, strewn food, bags, utensils, dishes all over and leave without cleaning after themselves. When busy the tables turn right over not allowing the employees to clean. . Thankfully not everyone is so entitled and the employees diligently clean it up but people should really be mindful of themselves. This occurs at a lot of Westchase casual dining places as elsewhere sad. The store backs up to Linebaugh Avenue but the front faces a parking lot with a wildlife pond area off to the side. There are outdoor tables on a paver patio and you can dine outside watch all sorts of wild birds as well as some resident ducks most pleasant in cooler weather. The building blocks the road view but a bit of road noise but not too loud. A great addition to Westchase to pick up a quick and fresh meal or cater a casual event.

The staff is friendly, the food is flavorful, and the space is clean. I'm a big fan of the chicken tacos, and the iced tea is always refreshing! I often use the Chipotle app to earn rewards and place orders in advance. Just a heads up, parking can be a bit challenging at this location. Definitely give it a try and be sure to leave a rating to assist others!

Previous order of them was a terrible experience. The food was cold or wet. How? 2 bad experiences in this place. There won't be 3.

The food itself was not fresh and did not taste good,... read more I found the restaurant to be quite unclean, especially the food preparation area, which was disappointing. The food itself was not fresh and did not taste good, which surprised me. Additionally, the staff didn’t seem very tidy; I noticed one employee in the back whose dirty shirt was coming into contact with the fresh food he was handling, which was concerning. The service was also lackluster; it felt like talking to a brick wall. I have visited many Chipotle locations, and this one is by far the worst. I sincerely hope they improve their management soon.
