Favorite spot for Pho in the greater Portland area. The sausage in the vermicelli bowl was a high light and the fried tofu triangles where so crisipy on the outside and amazingly creamy on the inside. A must try if youre in the area

When I am in the area this is the place for fresh take out or eat on site.

The Shaken Steak Tips/Bo Luc Lac dish and the combo for 2 appetizer was amazing. I'm not a fan of tofu since it has no flavor, but this one was so crunchy, I liked it. The steak dish I got...very tasty. The wonton soup was ok. Nothing outstanding about it. However, The other two dishes, very tasty. Would definitely come back again. However, not sure I would even get the pho's, but would be more than happy to try their rice/noodle dishes. The meats wow! So yummy!

We stopped by PHOever for 2 bowls of pho on a Tuesday evening, I’m not sure if it is just because we come on an off day, but the pho broth tasted incredibly bland, it doesn’t taste like a bone broth which I believe it’s suppose to be), but just like flavor powder packets dissolved in water. I got the house special and bf got the brisket, the meat/tendon in both bowl are incredibly tough, really hard to chew and get down. It’s really a shame because our waitress is super friendly and the shop itself is very cute. But for the price, we feel like there are better pho out there :

An atmosphere that should be sought after by any and all. Between excellent food (I’m a pad Thai person) and excellent service you cannot go wrong. I will always stop here, and you can’t convince me otherwise. I wish I could get everyone to come here so the family is overloaded with the knowledge that they are truly the best.
