Dining in this Kentucky Fried Chicken was like walking into a dream. The cashier was so soft spoken I could barely tell if he had heard my order. I sat down at a table with my brother and my friend. It was eerily quiet, the silence only occasionally broken by an angry Jamaican man arguing on the phone and the dull hum-buzz of the fluorescent lighting. While i ate my crispy chicken sandwich, I observed a man walk in a... View all feedback.
What DAN Crain doesn't like about Kfc:
Due to family arriving from out of state, I ordered 2 16 piece meals on the app to pickup in store. When I got to the store they said that they didn 't get the order! The lady waiting on me was definitely foreign and hard to understand. After showing her my order on my phone, she said oh, it 's right here pointing to 3 large shopping bags on the back counter. Fast service , may be longer if they give you what you ordered.

The lady waiting on me was definitely foreign and hard to understand. After showing her my order on my phone, she said oh, it 's right here pointing to 3 large shopping bags on the back counter. Then when I got home, each 16 piece meal was supposed to be 4 breasts, 4 thighs, 4 wings and 4 drumsticks. I had 6 breasts, 7 thighs, 11 drumsticks and 8 wings total. This place has really gone down! Never go again!! Total $100 and very disappointed!
The food I got was good, but the order was totally wrong. Chicken tenders meal. The charged extra for my side, did not give me dipping sauce, no fork for my coleslaw that they charged me $4 for. Window guy would not say a single word. Terrible service.

While i ate my crispy chicken sandwich, I observed a man walk in and sit down at a table and wait for 5 minutes before getting up and deciding to order. Im not sure what sort of transient beings operate this facility but it was one of the most surreal experiences I have ever had. Chicken was pretty good tho.
If I could give them negative stars, I would. We bought two Pop pies last night. mine came with a bone about the size of a toothpick maybe a little thicker. I choked on it. Possibly swallowed some of it. Then when I called to complain, I asked for the manager and I was given to some kid that wasn't even a shift leader. He told me that I could go pick up 2 more pop pies or have my money back. unfortunately, I live in Sebago, about 40 minutes away. Didn't feel like driving all the way back to Westbrook. But was mainly looking for an apology. I got neither. When I asked the gentleman's name, he told me he wasn't allowed to give out his name, which I thought was weird. I then heard someone call him Justin. So I said to him, I know your name is Justin and I'll be calling to speak with your manager tomorrow. he was so nonchalant and hung up the phone. I called today and spoke with a female named Abbie, she, however, did apologize and offered me my money back. but I doubt I'll ever go back to eat there again after I pick up my money.
