As a chef with a formal culinary education, I found it concerning that the manager told me that I would have to request that I have my Sicilian pizza crust cooked to proper doneness. The sauce was sweet and they must own a farm,because the cheese was way too much. A Sicilian crust is supposed to be thick with a crispy exterior and a airy interior, due to the double-proofing of the dough. I was delivered to my residence was a thin, under-cooked, sweet ladened over- cheese monstrosity of a concoction. Going forward I will be purchasing a store bought dough and making my own. I work too hard to be giving my money away to establishments packed with individuals who lack attentiveness and passion. They have permanently lost our business! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
