First time here. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. The onion salad portion for 3 people was very poor alongside the sauces for popadoms (these were nice and fresh). Starters King Prawn Puri 3 of them came to over £10 each which was very pricey but were actually very nice, very good flavouring. Onion bhaji’s were light on flavout which was disappointing, bombay aloo was lovely and so was the mushroom Baji’s. Mains we had lamb dansak’s with a peshwari naan which was ok, didnt seem fresh, pilau rice and a special rice which were both to standard. The dansak was brilliantly cooked with flavour but was more of a madras given the spice level. Literally in our curry , we only had 4-5 peaces of lamb which was extremely disappointing. We was offerred some extra pieces but by then we did not feel for it. Overall it was £122+ with still water and two cokes, tad on the higher side compared to other curry houses, but quality was very good and so was the staff. Despite this, I wont be returning as there is far better with better portions and prices. Though I would recommend this place if you havent tried it, I write this review because Ive been to several 100+ curry houses in London.
Was looking for a new curry spot to dine-in and this place has taken the reigns permanently.
Best indian I've ever had, and the staff are absolutely wonderful and took great care of us (I had two young children and they were only too happy to cater for them!
This is hands down the best Indian restaurant in the Bromley Borough. Whether you're looking for a quick takeaway, midweek meal, or a special celebration, this place has it all. The portions are generous, the food is flavorful without being greasy, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. The owner is often present to greet customers, which is a rarity these days. Don't miss their delicious I-Naga pickle, which pairs perfectly with a pint and some poppadoms. This restaurant is also child-friendly, with top-notch service, and is a great option for a dinner out. Prices range from £30-40 per person. Overall, a 5-star experience and highly recommended for curry lovers.
