Wendy's - West Virginia

Everytime i get any food from here, it’s always wrong. no matter if it’s dine-in, drive thru, pickup, or doordash delivery. i doordashed a chicken sandwich meal, and on the chicken sandwich, i specifically asked for it to be plain. however, i got the sandwich and it was covered in mayonnaise. i called the restaurant and they were nothing but rude to me, which isn’t the first time. they never even offer a replacement item when the mistake wasn’t even my fault. poor customer service skills on all … – show

I use to enjoy coming to thus location for good food but 2x now a Manger seems to be going out of her way to be semi rude the single I used to enjoy was stopped together burnt meat hanging out in shreds I went back in to replace staff was friendly but she was over in corner snickering.

There is nothing like a Wendy's chili with a baked potato…mmmm

They have a hard time leaving the Mayo and onion off. Recently I have noticed a change, they are getting the order right most of the time.

The fries are way to salty..but the chicken sandwich was good.No pickles..
