What Stephanie T doesn't like about The Backwoods Grill:
Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. We called in an order for some of us working on Sunday (five lunches). Staff complained over taking large to-go orders. We paid all on one ticket to try and make it easier for them. We called the order in and waited an hour to pick it up so they would have plenty of time. When we got there half the food wasn't even ready, so we had to wait another 30 mins for a quesadilla.... View all feedback.
Sweet staff, food is delicious, great portion sizes, clean environment.
Best Mushroom Burger around, girls were friendly and helpful. Nice quiet place to eat and have a drink now and then. Call in orders are quick and getting my order right has greatly improved
We were pleasantly surprised by this little not too far out of the way grill! We were traveling on 77N to our Ohio home. Backwoods was clean, had very friendly service, our burgers were VERY good and the homemade potato chips were the bomb!
Easy to get too,very close to exit, food was excellent. Will stop again!
