This Subway should be shut down, or at the very least get a new owner. Multiple times I have come in to order, and there has been only one employee working. During a very busy time! How is this allowed?! The owner seems very irresponsible. I actually saw an employee, poor young kid, crying while working, because they were all alone and very distressed. After years and years of observation, plus many trials and errors. I’ve come to the conclusion that this subway is 10x better than the other Subway across town by Food Lion. Amazing customer service, efficiency, and always on point. I see Sammy a lot of the times when I go in there and let me tell ya that man is a customer service king.
