Dunkin' - West Virginia

Horribly inconsistent service and coffee. Just in the past week they have 1) tried to hand me a cup of flavored oatmilk and 2) gave me 4 bacon, egg, and cheese wake up wraps with no egg. Extremely slow, bad customer service, and most of the workers are straight up rude. Just go to Starbucks, at least you'll get the right thing and exactly what you want every single time.

Wasn't pleased with the service or drink dissatisfied

Dunkin Donuts has been back in Cross Lanes for a while now but today was the first time I've been since they opened in the new location. They're conveniently located and easy to get into and out of. My girlfriend wanted a pumpkin donut so I picked up a few of those and some drinks. The donuts tasted fresh, and the outside was just slightly crisp like they had recently been made. Literally didn't even look like they were open but I went in to try the new pumpkin spiced ice latte. Horrible tasted like spoiled milk and nutmeg. Can definitely say will not be back to this location, not only was the drink awful but the workers didn't look like they even wanted to be there didn't smile didn't greet us… Like umm

Tried a pumpkin coffee it wasn't very good to be honest.
