What Sharon V doesn't like about Cracker Barrel Old Country Store:

Excellent staff and management. I watched some customers be rather rude to staff, and I know it’s not easy. The manager handled it gracefully, they deserve credit. It’s more frequent that people grab the management for a complaint instead of a compliment. My food was excellent. Also for sure the best turnip greens you’ll find are at Cracker Barrel.
