Captain D's - West Virginia

This was a below normal experience. Did the drive through ordered chicken got fish, had to go back. I am allergic to sea food. This has happened twice at this place. But 2 times in 32 years of living here is a really not bad, no one is perfect.

The most professional drive-thru experience, ever. The woman at the window took time to verify my order, one item at a time.

Fairly good dinners, the dining area was nice and clean, the employees were knowledgeable and they also were proud of the food as well as I the dining area just all around God people it had a good atmosphere the Dunbar, West Virginia store and I would recommend them over any other sea food establishments.

The fish was like fish strips the size of a straw and it was about 98%.batter. it tasted just ok but that's just the spices in all that batter. Peel the batter back and you will find very little fish. Cold slaw was good and the hush puppy's just ok. You get a lot more fish at Long John's. Service was just ok. But that's the way most places are anymore. People dont smile or laugh anymore. So many people are struggling to just survive and pay for gas to get to work. Everybody cant li … – show
