Something has changed here in the past year or so. I used to enjoy the corned beef reuben and curly fries but the corned beef sandwich isn't nearly as good as it used to be. There's less meat and less flavor and the bread has the texture and flavor of plain soft bread rather than the toasted feeling it had before. We ordered two Roast beef sandwiches with bacon added to them the roast beef was cold and the bacon was not fully cooked I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager lady and She was very rude with me and argued with me and Hung up the phone she did agree to replace the food. We went by there a few days later and the food wasn't any better the was the manager said the Roast beef was steaming hot when they pull it from the cooker well then how come it was cold and the bacon was half cooked … – show
I took my dad out for lunch and we ended up at Arby's because Bob Evans was so slow in searing people. I decided to try their new Fish and chips. I got the 3 piece meal expecting it to be the 3 large pieces of fish like Long John Silvers. They 3 pieces of fish were very small. About the equivalent of 2 regular size fish sticks! They had great flavor but there wasn't a while lot of good. The 3 star is based on flavor. It was a 2 star or portion.
Food was great! Fresh and hot! Service was great, friendly and courteous.
