What User doesn't like about The Sushi Bar:
Eight of us went to the Sushi Bar yesterday. We got there at 11:40 am and there was nobody else in the restaurant except a young woman waiting for take-out. We ordered 2 ramen soups for the children as they were hungry. We waited 45 minutes for the Ramen soup. The rest of us ordered approximately 20 minutes later and it took us another 40 minutes or so to get our meals. We had to ask for tea (they didn't serve it to... View all feedback. We started with miso soup and then had prawn tempura. Then came the special rolls. Rainbow roll, dragon roll, California roll, crunch roll, dynamite roll. The sushi and sashimi followed. I remember someone ordered pot stickers and a scallop roll. There was beer. Really there was so much wonderful food arriving at our table it became a blur. read moreThe Sushi Bar in Vancouver offers classic rolls at average prices but stands out with its unique and delicious creations on the special rolls menu. The Kamikaze Roll is a standout, alongside favorites like the Sabina roll. The restaurant may lack fancy decor, but the focus is on serving fantastic food at a great price. The service may be hit or miss for some customers, but the quality of the sushi, sashimi, and special rolls is consistently praised. With friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere, The Sushi Bar is a top choice for sushi enthusiasts in Vancouver.
