The Good Karma Cafe - West Vancouver

I needed a receipt for work, so I asked her for one, but she ended up scratching out everything! When I inquired about an article, she promised to send it to me via email. I provided my email address, but I never received the receipt. Honestly, what kind of service is this? It feels like she’s some pampered girl from West Vancouver who doesn’t take her job seriously. I won’t be spending any more money there unless I hear from the owner. By the way, the smoothies cost $10, and she seemed upset that I didn’t tip her after everything that happened!

This stall is the only option available when you arrive at the ferry terminal, but it's highly recommended to leave the terminal to explore other choices. We only ordered a milk latte and an Americano. Unfortunately, for coffee lovers, this place doesn't serve a good cup of coffee. The taste was quite disappointing. The brewing loop seemed to be misconfigured, or perhaps the grounds were under-extracted. It's possible they aren't paying attention to the grind-to-cup ratio, but whatever the reason, this isn't the quality of coffee one would expect. I apologize for leaving a negative review!

The staff member was quite rude and left me waiting for 5-10 minutes without any assistance.

The sign on the cafe says back at 7 am. Online says they open at 9 am. Might be due to the holiday hours, or they open now at 9 am everyday, as Google says? Please confirm.
