I recently relocated to the area and found that this restaurant is amazing!

I never understood the hype around butcher shops until I visited this one. The meat and products they offer are incredibly fresh. The branding is spot on, but what really sets this place apart is the customer service. Tom, in particular, is amazing. He always remembers my orders and is very knowledgeable about different cuts of meat and cooking techniques. I can't wait for their second location to open in the city. I highly recommend this place!
